Posting photos thru photobucket with an ipad

Alright...got an iPad and want to start posting photos again on here. I have my photos on photobucket already. What do I do next? Do I copy and paste IMG code, IMG thumb, HTML code, direct link, or something else? Thanks in advance, I miss sharing my pics with you all!

Its the one with the URL code in it. Mine says IMG
I had to post a picture so I could figure it out. Use the preview botton, it sure helps me
