FSIS isn't the best and brightest. They are just as corrupt as the rest of the USDA and will do nothing while meatpackers are complaining although they should have taken action long ago. These deaths are on their hands and the AMI's hands.

I Thought that bench trim was considered trim. but I see that how ecoli was not being covered by just changing the name!
