
Where'd It Go Chili
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
15 oz. can kidney beans, undrained
16 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 1/2 oz pkg. chili seasoning mix
10 oz. can flaky biscuits
1 1/2 oz. cheddar cheese, cut into 10 cubes
1 Tbsp. margarine, or butter, melted
1/2 cup crushed corn chips
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a 10-inch skillet, brown ground beef and
green pepper. Drain.
Stir in beans, tomatoes and seasoning mix; heat until hot and bubbly.
Seperate dougn into 10
biscuits. Place cheese cube in center of each bixcuit. Fold dough over
cheese, covering
completely; seal well. Roll top and sides of biscuits in margarine;
coat with corn chips.
Arrange biscuits on hot meat mixture. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until
golden brown.
5 to 6 Servings.
