BROWN PORK CHOPS OVER MED. HEAT. LEAVE IN PAN. SLICE POTATOS,LAYER THEM OVER THE CHOPS
1 TABLESPOON OF FLOUR SPREAD OVER LAYER OF POTATOS
COVER LAYER WITH MILK
CON.T DOING THE SAME THING UNTIL PAN IS FULL

LOWER HEAT, COVER
TURN MEAT AND POTATOS OFTEN.
