Mama Jobe's Baked Corn Casserole

1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
1/2 stick of butter (cut into little pats)

Mix corn, eggs, sugar & flour in a bowl. Pour into a greased glass dish (approximately 9" x 12"). Top with crushed Ritz crackers and place pats of butter on top. Cook at 350 degrees F. for approximately 26 - 27 minutes or until golden brown.

Serves 4 - 6.

This was my Grandmother Jobe's recipe. It has become a family tradition to serve it to our family at Thanksgiving & Christmas,
in memory of my sweet little Grandmother Jobe.
