Fruit Crunch

4-5 C diced fruit or large can pie filling (I use rhubarb - it's the BEST)

3/4 C sugar
2 T cornstarch COOK TILL THICK
1 C water
1 t vanilla

3/4 C melted butter
1 1/4 C flour
1 C oatmeal
1 1/4 C brown sugar
1 t cinammon

Put fruit or pie filling in 9 x 13 pan
Pur cornstarch mixture on top of fruit
Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top.

Bake 350 40-45 minutes.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
