Easy Crock Pot Beef with Mushroom Gravy

2 to 2-1/2 lbs boneless round steak
1 or 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Place in crock pot
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beef.
Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or until meat is tender.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
Makes 6 servings
Easy to double or triple.
