Quick and Tasty Beer Bread

This bread has a wonderful crispy crust on the outside with a soft, tasty
inside. It is FANTASTIC with melted butter and honey!!!

3 cups self-rising flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 can room temperature beer
Mix, put in loaf pan, bake 350 degrees F for 30 minutes (varies depending
on altitude and pan. My experience: non-stick pans produce a crust that's
TOO hard (or maybe it just cooks faster) and the stoneware pans take
much longer. The old thin tin loaf pan that I got from my Grandmother
works PERFECT. Enjoy!
