
Apple Crisp
8 apples sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon or more if you like
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter (1/4 pound)
Peel and slice apples thin. Fill a casserole with sliced apples, water and cinnamon.
Blend remaining ingredients until crumbly in texture. Spread mixture over top
of apples and bake uncovered in 425 degree oven for 50 minutes or until apples
are tender. Serves 6-8
