Shrimp in Garlic-Wine Sauce 2 lbs fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined Heat oil and garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add parsley and shrimp and cook for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add the wine and cook until the shrimp are done, about 3-5 minutes (do not over-cook). Add salt and pepper to taste. |
