You're minutes away from appetizing Sassy Southwestern Fajitas with Bold Steak Sauce.

1 lb Beef Stir-Fry Strips or Sirloin Steak, cut into strips
½ cup Bold Steak Sauce
2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
2 tsp minced garlic (1-2 cloves) or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 large green pepper, cut into strips
1 large onion, cut into strips
Flour tortillas, warmed

Combine Bold Steak Sauce, lime juice and garlic; stir in beef until coated. Let stand a few minutes, if desired. Heat a large oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef, stir-fry just until beef loses its pink colour and sauce thickens slightly. Remove beef. Sauté green pepper and onion just until tender crisp. Return beef to pan and toss with vegetables. Serve wrapped in flour tortillas garnished with cheese and salsa, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.

TIP: Beef continues to cook during the standing time. Removing it from the skillet while cooking moist vegetables, keeps the beef tender and moist just the way you like it.
