1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon oregano
8-10 pieces chicken (breasts, thighs, etc), skinned
Mix the flour and herbs in a small bowl. Coat each chicken piece
with the mix and place into an oven-proof casserole dish. Dot
each piece with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 475oF for 15 minutes.
Cover and cook 35-50 minutes longer until done.
