1 1 lb. pkg Oreo cookies, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted
2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 cups milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Put Oreo cookies in a 1 gallon zip lock bag and use a rolling
pin to smash them. Then mix 1/2 of smashed cookies with the melted
margarine and press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix
cream cheese with a small amount of milk until smooth. Add remaining
milk a little at a time. Add pudding mix and mix till smooth.
Pour over top of crust. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle the remaining
cookie crumbs over the top of the Cool Whip, refrigerate.
