Mexican Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 350 degree's

3 lbs ground round
1 can Old El Paso rice
2 tbs salsa (any kind will do)
1/4 cup crushed crackers
1 egg
salt & pepper to your liking
tomato sauce (optional)
Put all ingrediates in bowl and mix with your hands,
put in 1 meatloaf pan or make 2 smaller meatloafs.
Top with tomato sauce or salsa. Stick in oven for 45 minutes,
take out and drain most of the juice, then place back in oven
for an additional 15 minutes.
