Very interesting. I eat way more meat, mostly beef, than anything else. Almost no grains or sugars. Weight is right on target.

I've seen several presentations such as this over my 61+ years as an adult interested in all facets of the beef industry. As always, the strangle hold of the educators and government food agencies will be the biggest hurdle for any change.
