sheep sale

Postby jodywy » Fri Oct 06, 2017 7:42 am

took lambs to Newell SD yesterday, interisting sale barn, one has to walk thru pens and alley ways to get to it, kind of held one captive as the alley way out of the barn is use for incoming sheep into the sales pen. topped the market as to dollrs/lamb but then did have the biggest lambs there

Great to hear you topped the sale!
Are you enjoying your new ranch location?

Very good! (on topping the mkt) That's got to make you feel good. As for the set-up of the sale barn, I've not seen one like that. A bit of a challenge??

I've never been on the premises, but I have hauled several loads by. Very vintage facility, but I hear they have a good sheep sale. A wool buyer close also I've heard.

Congratulations Jody. Glad to hear you topped the market. Newell is well known for it's sheep yards.

Just catching up with reading older posts, what type of sheep do you have jodywy? Congrats on the good prices.
There's 2 dates in time they'll carve on your stone, and everyone knows what they mean.
But what's more important is the time that is known, as that little dash there in between.
