fire

Postby jodywy » Sat Jul 14, 2018 10:40 pm

sue and I were in Gillette for a birthday party. Guess a lighting storm back on Cabin Creek.. Lighting went thru a tree and split another tree back in Cyclone canyon. Donnie went back sawed the two trees down just as the neighbors showed up with a water truck... Fires out.....and Sue and I missed out on the street dance in Moorcroft...

Really good friends of ours lost most of their grass and their cabin on their 9000 acre ranch thanks to the Dollar Ridge fire here in Utah. So far, most of the cattle are accounted for but won't know til they gather. Its been wicked hot and multiple big fires are burning/burned in Utah. Glad your fire was put out quick Jody.
