It's not a place I've ever went to, but I did go to the site, and it doesn't list a forum at the top of the page in the menu.?????

Up in the menu across the top there's a "Contact us" button. Do that it should let you send them a message.

When I clicked, contact the webmaster it opens my email and I could email them. I'll give you the email address to the webmaster. that way you can email them from your own email account.
