wow! did the top 25 take a beating this week or what ???

and as an added joy, Big Red is Dead. Pelini showed his a-hole self....what a crybaby, fits in well with the Cornholer Nation.....

although I did wonder how in the hell the announcers ever got the job...they were HORRID. Those guys need a new line of work.

Don't count your chickens just yet, Jiggsy. I think you saw moments of greatness from Ganz & Co. last night, where they moved the ball at will. What about Swift's return for the TD? Huh? Huh? Laughing You know the outcome could have been entirely different had just a couple of things went the other way. Va Tech's special teams are all they are cracked up to be, and maybe even a little more. Like Bo said last night, we are a work in progress.

I really think you saw the writing on the wall for K State when Manhattan is invaded from the North later on this fall. Shocked $20 says the Shuckers win in Manhattan. We each know where the other lives. You in?

Is this officially licensed game day wear for K State fans while Prince is still head coach??? Do they come with a nice Purple Powercat on them?

Big Red is dead? Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

Pelini had every right to crab about that call. It was a terrible call that very well could of cost us the game.

Pelini an a-hole, cornholer nation, horrid announcers, red is dead, Holy Negetivity, Batman! A little tension building? More of that 40 years of Husker envy surfacing?

Big Red is Dead?

Have they, in recent memory, and in complete seriousness, been alive?

Sure... any one can go back 20-40 years and find a highlight. For any team.

Looks like the entire Big 12 North will really be a powerhouse division this year...... besides Missouri, of course. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

What's this I hear about Va. Tech rolling up the rushing yards on the mighty Pelini defense?

Where have I heard about one penalty and/or play having an outcome on the entire game before? Laughing Laughing Laughing

From what I read, Va. Tech walked into YOUR HOUSE and commenced kicking butt. Is that what happened?

Sounds like there is Husker envy even in the Crimson Tide state. Tech beat us, I won't deny that. All the same, nobody can deny what affect that call had on the game.

I don't think any Husker fan has been using the phrase "Mighty Pelini Defense". He's got work to do, we all knew that. You can't go from last to top 10 with the same players in one season. Callahan left us with no depth. I don't think we fared too bad considering that probably only 15 different guys played on D.

I wanted to win and am disappointed with the loss, but I'm not disappointed with the effort and the obvious progress Pelini and Co. have made with the team. VT is picked to win their conference, and they got a game.

will you guys bitch about one call that cost you the game for 15 years again??? I still hear big baby Cornholers cry about the face mask missed call in 1998....

I still have that pic somewhere...ohhhhhh, sweet justice, what a joy to look at that pic.
