My day started at 5:30AM with the weather alert announcing a severe storm warning...Most of it went north of me- with quarter size hail- and an inch of rain in areas...I was on the edge and only got scattered thunder showers all morning- just enough to keep the ground wet....

Went out to check the hayfields- too wet to cut yet, but about ready to go...Hay actually looks nicer than last year when we got totally hailed out
Sad

Grass/alfalfa field- alfalfa is over 3' tall- and grass is over 5' tall in areas Very Happy

This is a "younger field" with lots more alfalfa in it...

And it looks like this all the way to the hills in the background...
Praying for No Hail.....

If you want to ride it on the streets or highway you need a license plate, mirror, lights, and horn...If you're just using it offroad you just need a sticker with a little ID number on it (I think its just to show you paid taxes on it Rolling Eyes )...

License plate is a one time purchase....

Good looking hay there OT.
Wish it would cool off some here. A little more rain would be nice.
Hopefully going to start cutting our hay in another week or so. Neighbors are cutting theirs, but nothing had bloomed yet.

Yes Jigs especially when you are going to run it on the highway or in town. You be surprised at how many 4-wheelers I see on the local streets now.
Correct me if I am wrong OT.

Pretty surprised we haven't been hailed out yet,its prob waiting for the crops to look bumper before it happens. Two tornadoes touched down in as many days just 15 miles from us and counted three funnel clouds on the way to work this eve. almost got blown into the ditch with the CRAZY winds.
SCARY weather, the worst I've ever seen.
