Better be careful there, Haymaker. How well do those feral hogs like horsemeat?

I bet that little pony is smooth to ride, with the slope to his pasterns
that hes got. And I see he has striped feet, which I think is a real plus.

GOOD LUCK!

I was lookin at the angle of his pasterns, thought it a little much but he has his weight on his right front, here is a picture standing flat footed,I know he aint nuthin special, wont take the place of that old gray horse of mine but he is a nice lil horse,if he takes to ranch chores,I will keep him around here,if not I will give him to some youngster around here.
good luck

PS Still say he is too fine boned.

Sounds like ya need to set a hog trap in your horse pen LOL....

I like that lil bay horse. He looks built stout to me.

LOL If he don't work out.......ya could always send him this away and he could be a barrel horse. Wink

Feed him some good mineral Haymaker. It will help his bone, even now.

I feed him a mineral, had some horse folks look at him and they liked his conformation, his hoof angle is in line with his pastern and the pasterns are at a 45 degree angle to his canon..................good luck

PS I still say he is fine boned,They did'nt agree Say what?

My comment about his pasterns was sincere, Haymaker.
And I thnk he is fine-boned, just as you do. But you can help
the bone even yet. Keep feeding him the mineral.

So you're in the races, now?

Haymaker, looks like he needs a good trimming on the pictures. His toes look a bit long to me. Keep them trimmed up right so you don't go head over heels in a race. Laughing
