I REALLY hate this time of year!!!!

Spring for the most part is a wonderful thing, ............. unless you're the wife of a grain farmer. I have gone from a stunning young blonde ( ) to a gray old hag in the last two weeks! This year it seems everything is against us. The weather, the machinery, the lack of good hired help, etc., etc. There are some days I'm so close to going postal! Maybe I still will, it's a looooooooooong ways till we're done.

I hear ya Shelly. Had a flat on the Air drill tractor and waited 6 hrs for the tire guy. The hired help bent one of our main super B loading augers setting up for trucks to go out Wed. Were going to run out of our fall bought fertilizer a few fields short. The bright side is we didn't have to feed any cows today. The rye and grass are a growing.

I need to plan ahead to come help y'all one season. I can get someone to look after things here for about 3 weeks and come learn how you folks do it in the great white north.

Then when y'all can get away you can come down here and roll hay.
