What is the color of this horse?????

This is Cimarron he has the Tenn Walker stance and gait. But no one can tell what his color is. Can anyone offer any ideas???

his eyes are brown. He has 4 stockings that are very pale palomino along with a spot coving his left eye, left shoulder and a spot on his hunches. His skin is light color. Mane and tail are glowing white. All hooves are white.

I'd call him a Paint. Cool A light one, but still a Paint.

To call him a Paint you'd have to see his papers,you can't go by colour. If your judging him on colour alone...he'd be a pinto. To be a Paint hes got to be Quarter horse or thoroughbred or Paint registered.

Wet him down and see what color his skin is
Looks like a Light tan Pinto

He is grade. His skin is white. What I need is brand papers and I have to claim him to be something. The vet said to as many people to say the same color so when I move to Idaho and have him brand inspected he will prob say the same thing.
Who knew moving would be so confusing.
Dang between shots and this brand inspection maybe I should have just moved and said oopppsss sorry then get what they need.

Pinto characteristics are:

Blue eyes
High leg white above knee or hock
White hooves
Multi-colored/stripped hooves
Pink skin
Collective white in eligible zones, but not enough to qualify for color

Just tell them he's a Palimino Paint unregistered type(grade)
