Here's a Golden eagle that decided to fly away just as I took it's picture. They like to dine on the prairie dogs.

Grazing cattle.

The only cow left in the herd still sporting horns.

The bull I've been running with heifers (6152), hurt his wiener last week. I've been giving him Bute, Penicillin and running cold water over it. You wouldn't even know he was injured now but he's out for the season. I split his group between my 175 bull and 6050. I think 6152 had most of his bred already but I'm sure I'll find out if 6050 will work on heifers or not. Here's 6050 at work.

I found this picture in my photo album. It was taken a few years ago.

Ned Jr., you live in a beautiful part of the world. That is a nice set of Hereford cows, and the bull bulges in all the right places. Thanks for the pictures.

By the way, that last photo especially is of calendar quality. Glad you dug it up from your archives.

Nice looking herefords.

This year we are putting some hereford bulls on our black angus ladies. We are all anxious to see the offspring in the spring.

Thanks. This is my first year using him. I'm looking forward to seeing the results. Here's the cow he's out of.

Thanks Shortgrass. I was hoping you'd post saying you've been getting all kinds of rain. We've had over an inch in the last week. It sure helped things out around here. Hope you get some soon.

Thank you. I've been striving to produce the kind of Herefords top commercial cattlemen like yourself will appreciate. Glad you like them.

I'm doing alright, how you been. Most of the snow in the mountains gone now. It's suppose to get up to 80 degrees here today.
