Why stop there why not criminals,drug adicts, alcoholics, ect,,,
I won't add any more as it is so increadibly offensive to think that a so-called educated organization of Doctors could actually consider this approach.
What is wrong with this is that the child of a Fat man or woman is judged and deemed inferior before it is given a chance to live, Isn't this the "Exact" argument Hitler attempted.

Great movie on this subject - Minority Report - the pre-cog unit ESPs crimes that haven't yet been committed and the police catch and execute the pre-criminal.
Being overweight -- body type/middle age/metabolism/age/habits/lack of fidgeting (they have actually found that this is the difference between thinner and heavier people) -- I cannot stand this stuff. I was walking 70 minutes a day briskly or working out on a treadmill, walked up to 8 miles/day for a week, eating tofu and salads. Lost a couple of pounds only. I'm not saying people like me shouldn't work out and change eating patterns for health reasons but we'll never be sticks. Watching my daughter as a child, efficiently metabolize a tablespoon of food and her friend eat cups of food at the same age convinced me that our metabolism and body type are innate givens.

I agree with that 100%. People who are hardworking and ambitious know that they can only afford to support so many children. People who are living off the State don't need to worry about it as much.
