"The federal judge in the Zacarias Moussaoui case is considering ending the death-penalty prosecution of the al-Qaida conspirator after learning that a federal lawyer apparently coached witnesses on upcoming testimony.
U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema said Monday it was "very difficult for this case to go forward" after prosecutors revealed that a lawyer for the Transportation Security Administration had violated her order barring witnesses from any exposure to trial testimony."

| I'm curious Dis - how are you going to blame this on Bush? I have a feeling you're just ready to pounce.

I'd wayyyyy rather listen to George Bush than look OR LISTEN to Bill Clinton.
I never could stand Clinton. We are on exact opposite sides of the
fence, kolanuravan. You aren't changing my mind and I'm not changing yours, so why keep this up? It is a waste of energy and time.
Ole Dis must have alot of it to waste...

I'm not trying to change your mind and never would!!.BBJ just asked me a simple question which was, ifI'd rather have Bill Clinton....my answer is YES.
I've never tried to change anyone's mind from pro-Bush to con-Bush because I know you believe in your convictions as strongly as I do mine....and that's what makes the world go around!!!
And BBj i ddin't say he failed to try to debate .....he can't debate. He has absolutely worn out " ummmmmm " and " uh", he is not a convincing speaker to me.
I never he said he had a stand in as prez....I said he must've had a stand in for debate class.

It's his Justice Department. His criteria for appoint people is that they be loyal to him, not necessarily competent. Does Michael Brown ring a bell? Look at Julie Myers. He didn't think he could get her approved by the Senate so he named her as a recess appointment. Michael Bolton ring any bells?
