Remember General Geoffrey Miller, the General at the center of the Abu Ghraib torture fiasco? He took the very unusual step of invoking the military equivalent of the 5th Amendment when called to testify in the torture trials. Looks like he may not get off so easy, as the Senate has asked that he not be allowed to retire, just yet. There may be some higher ranking people held accountable yet. Link below:
