So the weather service told me tonight. Very Happy
Thought I was seeing things until I called them.

There was a thunder storm just north of us Shocked Shocked
I couldn't believe it. It had been windy with rain showers here on the plains and snow up in the mountains.

I at first thought it was a reflextion off of my glasses til another lighting bolt came down.

This is not normal.

Must have been retribution for the Repubs I voted for Shocked Wink Laughing Altho none won Rolling Eyes

Cold, rainy here all day long...30 miles north there was snow flurries....After helping the neighbor round up and sort the cut back calves- and load them to go to the sales ring with, I spent most the day at the ring out of the weather.....Still not a pretty picture at the ring after the last few years of good prices... Sad

BMR, what are you're cows doing in Town? You gettin' paid to mow and fertilize lawns or something?
Or, do the cows that raise the best calves get a company paid holiday at the spa? Very Happy

We have land right by Big Beaver. Bred our hfrs and a package of PB's . hauled the calves home a month ago and got the rest trailed home about 10 miles yesterday. Cool day but they moved nice.
