I don't like him because he's a socialist/marxist and will destroy the country by killing free enterprise, elminating the desire to succeed and putting the government in charge in distributing your wealth, not you. He also wants to create a youth corps that will be indoctrinated to be the foot soldiers in the progressive movement. |
I am getting so tired of you people throwing the word marxist around like you know what your talking about...What kind of marxist is he?what marxist school of thought does adhear to?
Is it:
Western Marxism
Structural Marxism
Neo-Marxism
The Frankfurt School
Cultural Marxism
Autonomist Marxism
Analytical Marxism
Marxist humanism
Marxist theology
Key Western Marxists
Post Marxism
I am not about to name all the philosphers who also branched out with their own versions of Marxism...
So Ben please be more specific ......and then tell me why you find him to be from that school of thought?...I have yet to see any proof that he is a follower of any of these schools of thought.....but i am open to being showen the facts... |
In your own words, tell us a little bit about each of those. |
Why should I? I do not subscribe to the theroy that he is from any of those schools of thought....your the ones who call him a marxist so there fore the burden of proof is on you......not me........

Who are Obama's friends and mentors?

Communism and Socialism trace their roots back to Marx.
Quote:
"We can't expect the American People to jump from Capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving them small doses of Socialism, until they awaken one day to find that they have Communism." ~ Nikita Krushchev
Article on political correctness and marxism

Quote:
"Disarmament is the ideal of socialism. There will be no wars in socialist society; consequently, disarmament will be achieved. But whoever expects that socialism will be achieved without a social revolution and the dictatorship of the proletariat is not a socialist. Dictatorship is state power based directly on violence. And in the twentieth century-as in the age of civilization-violence means neither a fist nor a club, but troops." Vladamire Lenin
Quote:
"Our aim is to achieve a socialist system of society, which, by eliminating the division of mankind into classes, by eliminating all exploitation of man by man and nation by nation, will inevitably eliminate the very possibility of war." Vladimir Lenin
Quote:
"Capitalist production, therefore, develops technology, and the combining together of various processes into a social whole, only by sapping the original sources of all wealth-the soil and the laborer." Karl Marx
Quote:
"The combination of globalization and technology and automation all weaken the position of workers. I would add an anti-union climate to that list. But all weaken the position of workers, particularly blue-collar workers, in the economy... We have drastically increased productivity since 1995, and there was the theory that if you increase productivity enough some of these problems of living standards would solve themselves. But what we've seen is rising productivity, rising corporate profits but flat-lining or even declining wages and incomes for the average family."Barrack Obama WSJ 6/17/08
Quote:
"The theory of communism may be summed up in one sentence: Abolish all private property." Karl Marx
Quote:
"Take away the heritage of a people and they are easily persuaded." Karl Marx
Quote:
"Present day society is wholly based on the exploitation of the vast masses of the working class by a tiny minority of the population, the class of the landownders and that of the capitalists. It is a slave society, since the 'free' workers, who all their life work for the capitalists, are 'entitled' only to such means of subsistence as are essential for the maintenance of slaves who produce profit, for the safeguarding and perpetuation of capitalist slavery." Vladimir Lenin
Quote:
"a strong government hand is needed to assure that wealth is distributed more equitably."Barrack Obama WSJ 6/17/08

Steve I respect your views but I do not always share them...I never played a race card I just called it as I see it here...If you need more proof of how some of the conservative folks are like here ,you can see Jaun's post in this thread or go to political bull index and look at the thread titled "How to bribe Obama"....This is the point I am making...this bribe thread has nothing to do with obama's leadership skills at all....and if I was you and you consider yourself an up standing conservative, I would type in that thread not in defence of it but in defiance...It just goes to show the real reason some here do not like Obama and its to bad it has to come down to that...
I didn't respond to your comment in that thread.. I responded in the crime thread..
as long as the race card is played, black leaders can ignore the problems.. and any white person who tries to get results will be stifled by those who think racism is the problem and not criminals..
care to respond on that issue?
