I have heard it on other sites, in the news and now on here that Palin and her family are "White Trash" or "Trailer Trash". Shocked

Why?

I would like to know, because if she is then apparently I am. Cool

It just goes to show how out of touch with the American people they are.


I do think the reps need to acknowledge their biggest fundraiser at the convention. The Palin basher and haters. Thanks ot, kola and fff

some people have gone to great lengths to "trash" her, and her family,. those same people claim not to be elitists.. Rolling Eyes

but to be trailer park trash you must live in a trailer, not the governor's mansion.. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Well the folks in here had a real issue with those living in trailers after Katrina....

I have seen some real nice mobile homes......

oh and in canada we have a tv show called trailer park boys...they certainly do not help the stereo typing of at least the negative look at canadian trailer park living.....but it does or did sure have a huge cult following....

Funny. I got 20 out of 20.

But I was born in Missouri.

And I lived in a trailer from the time I was 4 years old til I was 17.

And I DARE anyone to call me "trailer trash".

My father worked long, hard hours running heavy equipment in
all kinds of weather. Those days they didn't have any cabs on the cats...so he baked in the hot sun and froze in the winter.
He did an honest days work for an honest days pay--and he never had to aplogize to anyone.

Oh, ya. He plowed behind a mule as a child, when he was way too litttle
and it was really hard on him. He never got to finish school because he had to work for money for the family. He always regretted that. He thought attending school was a PRIVILEGE, not a RIGHT. And he didn't have the privilege. It scarred him for the rest of his life.
