Hi all-

This has nothing to do with farming/ranching, but there are a lot of knowledgable people on this board so here goes...

Friday I got a "new to me" pickup. I am having some issues with the radio in it. When I am just driving around town or the farm everything is fuzzy, but when I am going over 40 mph or going down the highway it comes in clear. Strange, huh?

Any ideas why this is happenening? It is driving me crazy!

Thanks! Smile

The wind blows 80 mph in Livingston 24 hours a day, 365 days a year- so that shouldn't affect it..... Wink Laughing Razz

check the connections to the radio.could be a resistance/low voltage issue that disappears when the alternator is spinnin faster.or depending on the pickup, some have noise suppressors like condensors that fail from time to time.
