..to the zoo keepers or to the crocs?? I'd say the parents/teachers/whomever was in charge of the kids is the guilty party!

Definitly not the crocs fault... They were just being crocs.... The keeper might be held responsible if the fencing wasn't adequate but really, if the reports of the beating with sticks and shooting things at the crocs is true yikes... These are like the kids that go past the fence of a Rottie or orther big dog and poke sticks at it, throw stones and all of that stuff because they know the dog can't get at them.. Than one day someone leaves the gate open and fido bites one of the kids and they put the dog down.. I understand the desire to protect those from nasty critters but come on....
