It is with great saddness, that I let you know that my husband, Joe was killed in Iraq by a road side bomb on Sat 7th.
He has not been returned to UK yet, this could take up to 3 weeks. so at this point we have no dates for the funeral. I know that he was well known and very well liked by so many people. Expecailly those men who served with him in SAS and Selous Scouts.
Thank you all in advance for your thoughts and prayers

| There are a group of us who served together at one time or another, who maintain a chatline for those of us who 'speak the same language' along with family members, it keeps us in touch with each other and sometimes it is the only place where others understand your feelings, so it is also something of a support group for vets and our families.
