Of this boy horse-I won't prejudice anybody by telling his breeding or the circumstances-just give an opinion.

High hocks. Long cannons. Looks high-necked in the picture. Doesn't look like he has much wither.
Probably a foundation bred QH with good papers. But he looks like just another horse...

But you can't always tell by looking.

I go along with FH. I do like the way he cinches, tho'. Smile

Oh, and he's the wrong color! Wink

But you'll never know how far a frog will jump, until he does. Laughing

How old is he? Maybe shoulders will catch up with his hips?

And coarse through the head. I'd like to see a longer refined neck, straighter back and longer. He looks like he has good feet and legs. All though you can't tell till he travels. His conditioning needs improvement..

I don't like his back- too long and the picture makes him look swaybacked...Altho I've rode a few like that, that were tougher than nails...

I bet he is the kind that will go all day and all night and still be there when you need him.

The toughest horse I ever rode was a long back, swayed back, white appalosa cross that had the biggest ugly head..We just called him White Horse--Stood just under 15 hands, had the roughest short choppy trot you could find- but could go 50 miles on a circle around the pasture in a slow lope- if you broke him down once in a while to trot or walk a ways...Had a fair walk, but would rather just break into an easy lope and could cover some ground...

This was back before horse trailers and the old boy that owned him that I worked for could load or unload him anywhere into a pickup - some of the time hauled him without even a stockrack- he'd just spread his legs and keep from falling out Rolling Eyes Laughing
